LIES I HAVE TOLD: FOODIES BEWARE

by Keef Rutledge on March 6, 2012

It’s a little-known fact that any insect, given the proper chemical “nudge,” can produce an equivalent of honey. After seeing the shelves upon shelves of boutique mustard at my local grocery, I came to the conclusion that the world of boutique honey produced by insects other than bees was ripe for the economic picking. Sadly, it didn’t go over as well as I’d planned. I still have forty cases of unopened “Cockroach Honey” in my garage.
